Experience the untamed spirit of The Funky Monkey cocktail, a wild concoction bursting with the funky flair of ripe banana and exotic guava in a frenzy of tropical delight. Inspired by our funky friend's carefree demeanor and wild antics, every sip is a tropical sensation that'll have you feeling like the life of the party, just like our mischievous monkey friend.

Into a shaker:

1 3/4 oz Appleton 8-Year Jamaica

1/2 oz 99 Bananas Liqueur

1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1/2 oz Orange Juice

1/2 oz Reàl Guava Puree Syrup

Method: Combine ingredients into a mixing tin with ice. To determine exact quantity of ice, first fill up the Funky Monkey mug with ice, then dump that into the mixing tin. Next, flash-blend or hand-shake for 3-5 seconds. Dump entire contents into the Funky Monkey mug.

Garnish: Multiple fresh mint sprigs and cinnamon stick.

3/4 oz Banana Oleo Saccharum

1/2 oz Crème de Cacao

1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1 oz Coconut Rum (Plantation Cut n Dry)

1 1/2 oz Jamaican Rum (Appleton Estate)

Shaken with ice, strained over fresh ice in a monkey themed cocktail mug, and garnished with freshly grated nutmeg.

1 oz Bourbon

1/2 oz Plantation "Isle of Fiji" rum

1 oz Hiram Walker Creme de Banana

1/4 oz Banana Puree

Dash Ginger Bitters

Dash Cardamom Bitters (go easy).

Shake with ice, pour, garnish with a 6 connected mandarin segments (looks like a brain) with a straw down the center.

2 oz Rhum J M VSOP

1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1 oz Banana creme liqueur

1/2 oz Velvet Falernum

1/2 oz Iineapple juice

.1/2 oz cream of coconut

2 - 3 dashes Orange Angostura Bitters

Shake all ingredients over ice, pour into The Funky Monkey Tiki mug. Fill to rim with crushed ice. Garnish with banana chips.
